    Pros

Interesting projects, great colleagues, good patient care

    Cons

Company driven by optics leaves the well being of employees behind.

    Advice to Management

Live by the ‘respectful workplace’ values you’ve set in place; over achieving comes at a cost to your staff, which comes at a great cost to your business. Check in with the health or the organization in an honest and caring way.
