A fun, friendly start up atmosphere. Lots of perks.
A company that really care about the values they stand for.

Sometimes a little process driven and US centric but understandably so.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tripadvisor (Oxford, England) in September 2018.

Good process, very thorough. You do a couple of phone interviews and then a full day in the office when the team will interview you from different perspectives. You will get the chance to meet HR, your future boss and a few developers who will take you for lunch.
