Mission: We at Trustpilot are working hard to make sure that consumers are informed about the companies they buy from. Are they doing a good job? Does their customer service stand out? Do they deliver on their promises?
Our mission is to make shopping experiences ...
I have been working at Trustpilot full-time (More than a year)
Strong, warm and fully integrated culture.
Great commissions, earning potential is great.
Some of the most amazing people all working in one company.
Strong management team in the London office.
Support, development and learning ongoing.
The office can feel a bit on top.
Sometimes there can feel like a disconnect with HQ.
Advice to Management
Would be great to hear from Copenhagen a bit more.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Trustpilot (London, England).
I was pro-actively contacted by the recruiter on LinkedIn about the role. I then had an initial call with a recruiter, followed by an onsite interview with a more senior recruiter, followed by a further 2.5hr onsite interview with the Director of CS. 4 weeks later, multiple email and linkedIn chases by me, and I still haven't even had any feedback on the interview. Recruiters have told me they'll call me, then they go silent.
I find this extremely disrespectful to me as a candidate and I believe it reflects poorly on the company as a whole. I have been telling other people about my poor experience with Trustpilot.
