    Pros

    Loads of great people.

    Supportive managers and an ok training program.

    The product is an easy sell and is popular. Earning potential is great! If you do well and are in sales easy 60k.

    Feels more like a family and amazing incentives

    Cons

    Senior management hard to approach/ doesnt want to be approached. (Vp)

    Decisions and changes never explained or reconsidered. Theres a danger here unrational ideas could harm the business

    More consideration to individuals! Looking at a team picture you forget about the ones who prop up the team! Progression is a shambles and full of empty promises

    Advice to Management

    Talk to your employees explain your decisions. A meeting was held where the VP said he wanted leaders no bosses.... really?!!! Not the way i see it

    The CEO is great and a visionary. Team managers are decent. Coms and operations team need to be sorted. A brick house built on stilts

    I applied online. I interviewed at Trustpilot (London, England) in August 2017.

    Interview

    Having applied for a role online, I was contacted a week later via email to organise a telephone interview. I then coordinated a time and date with the HR contact and received confirmation that they would call me. However, this is the surprising part the agreed time and date passed and no call I assumed that they may have been delayed. This was not the case as thirty minutes passed and no call, I never did receive any further contact from the HR advisor. This is completely unprofessional and reflects on the company as how they treat employees and do business.
