I have been working at Trustpilot full-time (Less than a year)
I've been at Trustpilot for a few months now and having come from another sales company, I'm very happy here.
- There is loads of opportunities to make good comms
-Great base salary
-Able to work the whole of the UK - no limitations
-Good support from peers and managers
- Free lunches, snacks & drinks
-Several incentives to reward peers and teams for their work
It may take you a few weeks to find your feet but the role is 100% doable.
Advice to Management
1-2-1 with new starters for the first couple of weeks?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Trustpilot (London, England) in February 2017.
Applied directly through the companies career page, was invited to hold a telephone interview with the internal Recruiter. A week later I was invited into meet the sales manager and a member of the recruitment team. Was told I would get feedback within a couple of days. Since then I have waited nearly 2 weeks and have sent a follow up email with zero response. Not impressed and it only cemented my initial reservations about the company based on other reviews I've read in Glassdoor.
