I have been working at Trustpilot full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great culture
    Great product
    Great work-life balance

There's a real sense of togetherness at Trustpilot that's quite rare in business. The company isn't a startup, but moves at the pace of one. From the top down, there's a good buzz in the office and a sense of fairness rather than entitlement. Training was efficient, targets are communicated clearly and regular business updates means we know where the business stands and what's in the pipeline.

    Cons

Commission structure isn't optimised for senior sales reps. It's not miserly by any stretch, but could definitely be better.

    We need a bigger office.

    Advice to Management

More of the same - it's a great to place to work, and a great product offering we have.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Trustpilot (London, England) in August 2018.

    Interview

Very bumpy and inconsistent process. Had one telephone, one skype and one face to face interview, with confirmed next interview however pulled out of process due to lack of professionalism. Experienced delays, changes of plans and general disorganisation, which they hide as 'fast paced start up'. Could be a great company if they got it together but right now they come across as immature and arrogant.
