Our mission is to make shopping experiences ...
I have been working at Trustpilot full-time (More than a year)
I have worked at Trustpilot now for just over 2 years and I cannot fault the place. I've worked in a couple of sales jobs in the past and I've never received consistent commission or a great base salary like I do at Trustpilot. I love the fact we are paid our comms monthly with no problems. The sales floor is an awesome place to work with lots of support and training. The progression is great and the Trainers give you so much support. The office is growing at a fast place and its actually nice not working in an environment or sales team that has a revolving door for its employees.
I would like it if we had more snacks in the kitchen as they run out quite a lot. We also need a bigger office after all the growth we've been going through.
Advice to Management

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Trustpilot (London, England) in June 2015.
Took roughly 45 minutes. Poor questions, interviewers clearly hadn't read my CV. Questions won't clearly thought out. The environment felt dog eat dog and more about cold calling than consultative sales. Didn't get a very thorough overview of the company. Saying this the staff were positive about their experiences at the company, it just didn't fit what I was looking for. A good company if you are all about cold calling, not so good if you want to develop sales techniques.
