    Pros

The best team I have worked for to date! Inclusive, welcoming and kind!

    Cons

That they didn't have any vacancies in my new direction of career within the Fashion genre :-(

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Turner Broadcasting in August 2011.

    Interview

Recruiter set-up telephone interview with technical director. Then followed up with a face-to-face meeting, including a technology lead.

Questions about previous experience. Problem over-come. Interest in technology and recent education.

Going into technical details was appreciated and also prompted for with further questions.
