I have been working at Turner Construction full-time
Compensation, Paid Holidays, Summer Hours (Office Staff), Annual Reviews, Challenging Work
The only con is that there are not a lot of formal training before placing you on a project/assignment. You have to own the assignment and hope that you are doing it correct. It is not much of a deal breaker but it would be nice to understand your assignments therefore you will be able to achieve upper management's expectations the first time around.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Turner Construction.
Interview process was with 4 separate interviews with Turner employees for 45 minutes each. Each person was extremely conversational and easy to talk to. The interviewers were all approachable and passionate about the company. There were 3 or 4 behavioral questions asked.
