As a company, we've got a lot going for us. We are a truly global firm with a superior client franchise and highly motivated employees who deliver consistently great service to clients.

What's the key to our success? We work hard to hire very talented people, help them grow, and empower them to use their unique skills to build our businesses. Our culture

We have a unique culture, and it's a winning one. Sustainability thrives on consistency, and how we accomplish our goals is as important as what we achieve.

We integrate specific behavior expectations into our business practices. We call them our three keys to success – and we recognize (and celebrate!) culture-building efforts through a variety of initiatives.

In our daily work, good leadership helps maximize the benefits of diverse teams. We therefore help managers (for example, through training to reduce unconscious bias) become more inclusive leaders as they make decisions about roles, assignments, working arrangements, promotions and performance evaluations.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at UBS.

    Interview

I applied online through their website. Submitted my CV and filled out information about history and background.
I was then selected for the online assessments completion. Behavioral and situational questions, and maths questions.
The third step was an online interview. There were 8 questions; once the questions appeared, I had 60 seconds to read them and decide what I would say. After the 60 seconds were up, the camera turned on and started recording for 2 minutes my answer.

    Interview Questions

    • If you had 5 million dollars, how would you invest it?
Explain what asset management is to a friend that has no knowledge
