For our career opportunities ...
We offer people around the world a supportive, challenging and diverse working environment. We value your passion and commitment, and reward your performance.
Succeeding at UBS means respecting, understanding and trusting colleagues and clients. Challenging others and being challenged in return. Being passionate about what you do. Driving yourself forward, always wanting to do things the right way. Does that sound like you? Then come join us!
We have a unique culture, and it's a winning one. Sustainability thrives on consistency, and how we accomplish our goals is as important as what we achieve.
We integrate specific behavior expectations into our business practices. We call them our three keys to success – and we recognize (and celebrate!) culture-building efforts through a variety of initiatives.
In our daily work, good leadership helps maximize the benefits of diverse teams. We therefore help managers (for example, through training to reduce unconscious bias) become more inclusive leaders as they make decisions about roles, assignments, working arrangements, promotions and performance evaluations.
I worked at UBS full-time (More than 8 years)
Truly global with a real focus on development and adopting best practices for employees. Not as gung ho as some of the other banks in the market.
Has suffered a lot of negative media coverage - largely from its wealth management business.
Advice to Management
Focus on people.
I applied online. I interviewed at UBS.
First round - bad experience with the HR this is more to do with the poor performance from their offshore HR . they call for an appointment and demand i give them a date right there and a request to provide a contact so i can email them back an appointment is shrugged off and ignored . i did not get an email to set an appointment and the lady on the other side wanted me to imagine that it was an honor to have received a call . my disappointment is if i was actually desperate for a job , this experience would have laid a jolt in my confidence levels in the company and the industry .this was for a role of an Analyst in the Market and Treasury risk space
