I have been working at UK Civil Aviation Authority full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I enjoy working at the CAA. There is a team environment and it’s a rewarding place to work for. They thrive to keep employees updated with changes and what’s going on in the company .

    Cons

I would say salary won’t necessarily meet private sector but the benefits are great. Flexible working seems to be encouraged .
