Good versatile role that really challenged all aspects of IT. The staff were excellent and the channels of communication was very transparent.
Lack of development and progressive improvement within the organisation. The stagnation in terms of training opportunities provided and areas where I could have aspired to achieved more.
Advice to Management
When bringing on new recruits, make sure that they are patient and are able to adapt to the company and are able to progressively improve witin the organisations development plan.
