    Application

I applied online. The process took 8+ months. I interviewed at Unilever.

    Interview

Feel it is not great if you have any learning disability and/or if you need adjustments. I have dyslexia and contacted them about this, they then 'adapted' the interview to be over the phone instead however, they 'lost' my application as it wasn't with the other candidates due to mine being adjusted. So therefore I was out of the running and wasn't considered after months of waiting.
