    Interview

Interview process was very messy and unorganised . I applied for a diffrent role and i got an email back that they would like to consider me for another vacancy which was ok for me . Communication was very poor ( had to send 3-4 emails to get a repsponse ). Interview details ( time and date ) were given to me 16 hours in advance ( which is unexeptable ) but the best bit is they never gave me a job spec although i asked for one so i could know what i was interviewing for. The result was i never got one and i walked in the interview obviously ignorant of what i was about to face . Interviewers were ok and relaxed. After a month and still waiting for feedback on the role ... For a company like Unilever someone would expect a bit more professionalism from their HR department
