    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at United Carpets full-time (Less than a year)

    Not micro managed
    Commission tiers

    No Training
Lack of support to team in stores.
Even though good commission structure because of discounts you only make 1% commission as average.

    Advice to Management

Senior management are more into how much money they can make rather than the people who work for them. Lack of empathy and integrity.
No care whatsoever for anyone who works for them.
