Current Employee - Senior Lecturer in Lincoln, England

I have been working at University of Lincoln full-time

Clean, new modern buildings/campus, easy to live in town, a rising University that cares about its students

Hard to get Research done here, multiple competing priorities on everyone from multiple sources within the University. Lots of new initiatives without any consideration of where the time will come

Advice to Management

For each new initiative specify what other duties should be dropped.

I applied online. I interviewed at University of Lincoln (United Kingdom)

The interview process for this role was fun and collaborative. The interview process involved an assessment centre where there was several team-building exercises, followed by an interview with manager of the department you'd applied for.

Asked about past experience, and how it would be applicable to the role
