I have been working at University of Lincoln part-time (More than a year)
There is a real community feel to this University. from day one it feels like a great place to work, with a diverse range of subject matters and employees, enabling you to tap into a wealth of knowledge, skills, experience and resources. Through their culture of engagement you really feel like you can make a difference and have an impact on how things are done.
Haven't come across any in my two years of employment
Advice to Management
Keep developing a coaching culture, engaging with employees, so every member of staff feels they can contribute to the success of their organisation.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at University of Lincoln in February 2013.
The interview process was smooth: Shortlisted less than a week after submitting a CV, asked for an interview over skype. The interview was a two-stage one: presentation of past projects + a few questions related to the international project that the position was intended for. Positive attitude of the interviewers, very stress-free interview.
