    Pros

    Enjoyable and rewarding responsibilities, to the point it doesn't even feel like a job.
    Meet like minded individual that you normally won't cross paths with on campus.
    Works around your schedule and studies.
    Good range of jobs available from open days to summer schools.
    Pays well and good organisation, so will receive advance notice when you're working.
    Briefing notes sent out a few days in advance so you can prepare for the job.

    Cons

    Can't work for them once you graduate.
