    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Urban Decay Cosmetics in August 2016.

    Interview

Applied online, didn't get a call for about 2 months then was asked to come for an audition in store, this was about 2 hours long where I had to traffic stop in the store to try and get people to come sit down at the counter to show them some products and possibly sell some although this was not expected.
I was asked back for a second interview with the Counter Manager and Assistant Area Manager which was a friendly chat, they asked about my experience, availability and some scenario questions which were all quite easy as I didn't feel under any pressure.
I was then asked for a 3rd interview with the Area Manager which was similar to the second, I showed my portfolio and was asked about what I knew about the brand and its products and why I wanted to work there! Just under 2 weeks later I recieved a phone call with an offer :)
