I have been working at Vacancy Filler part-time (Less than a year)
All employees at the company have an amazing energy which I have not experienced at any other company before. We are motivated and happy whilst in the work place which is a must for me. During busier periods (we're always busy, but I'm talking about the manic periods) we pull together and make it through with a smile on our faces.
I have been with the company for three months and have not found any yet.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you're doing.

The interview was great and the experience was amazing. The interviewers also made me feel comfortable and did not bombard me with questions. I also was not expected to know everything about everything. All in all, I would recommend this company to anyone.
