    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Vanguard (London, England) in August 2019.

    Interview

I was asked to attend the 1st interview with 2 Front office employees at Vanguard, positive company, professional outlook and smart offices.
Asked to attend second interview with the Team Lead, which went well, well that's what I thought, after spending a huge amount of time understanding the company and values etc... they didn't even have the decency to let me know what the outcome was after the 2nd interview, this is totally disgraceful how companies just do not have the respect to even say to the agency that I wasn't an acceptable candidate, nothing...shocking and poor communication, if they don't respect people who show interest in their company, I hate to think what it's like to actually work there., its a shame I would of accepted an offer, but after this experience i'll be happy to work somewhere else for a company who respects job seekers.
