    The business reacted really well to coronavirus and got most of us working from home really quickly without any negatives on our customers.

    Good benefits and holiday was recently increased too which is good.


    Can be really busy and quite challenging when it's busy.

    I applied online. I interviewed at Vanquis Bank.


    HR meeting was usual questions and they gave Vanquis a great first impression and where helpful in answering my questions. . Hiring manager interview complete opposite. Did not smile once. More like an interrogation than a chat. Quite rude and abrupt. 3 weeks later I still have had no feedback - I could not work for a manger of that ilk anyhow, which is a shame as the company seemed a positive chioice.
