    I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Venari Partners (London, England) in Jan 2021


    The overall process took about a month, between my application through LinkedIn, and the final answer from the company. It was a fast, efficient process, where I had 2 interviews: the first one with the Director and the Office Manager, and the second one with the 3 Heads of Practices. I had to prepare a 20-minute presentation for the second interview, about a business case I would have to solve, as their next Marketing Manager.
    During the 2 interviews and the catch-up call after they offered me the job, James talked a lot about the company, its culture and values, and he sounded very passionate about it. This really made me want to work for them. He made the team sound dynamic, fun to be around and engaged - which it is! He also sent me a list of all the benefits I would get with the email offering me the job.
