I have been working at Venn Group full-time

    Pros

Work with some really great people, consider them more friends than colleagues.
Fact there are loads of other graduates like myself means that my move to London has been relatively easy because I have had such a great group at work to support me
My progression is really clear, had a salary increase within my first few months at Venn
Training has been really thorough and the input I have had from my manager and those even more senior is great. It feel like my managers do want me to suceed, if something is not working, we discuss what can be done to improve. It is not that steriotypical image that comes up when you imagine sales of either bill or you're out, you are given plenty of support to suceed
Team means I can genuinely share ideas with my colleagues and know that my work is being taken care of when I am on annual leave. Also meant that I was on commission by the time I passed probation because I had been able to contribute to the team's success from the get go
Fizzy friday's at the end of the month are always fun, who doesn't like a tipple or two

    Cons

Long hours but to be expected
Office could do with a bit of tlc but we are moving at the end of the year so that will be great
Targets are sometimes a bit of a pain, but they are done in a way to ensure that you are going to continue to grow and bill more money

    Advice to Management

Keep going, do make sure that you are open to feedback to ensure that we continue to grow the business
