    The only positive thing about this place are/were your peers at an individual contributor or mid management level. These folks have more leadership skills and talent than anyone tagged as a Senior leader in this company.


    1. Conflicting product/company vision: Overall company and product vision seems to change on a daily basis. While the teams and mid level management try to work towards and accomplish a so called temporary company vision, they get no support from the executives. There is no go to market strategy. In fact, there isn’t even a product to sell.

    2. Poor Leadership/ Caliber of skilled leaders: Leadership takes no accountability for anything - PERIOD. Leadership is non existent at Vibrent; all levels of executives from C- levels to VPs to Sr. Directors are not even skilled in the domain they are responsible to lead. The product is not stable or scalable. Leadership takes no accountability for any shortcomings and shift the blame on others that are trying to make a difference

    3. No executive/HR support: The company lacks any kind of career development or mentorship. They make false promises and when individuals show they can deliver or escalate any challenges, they are immediately blamed for not doing something right. No work life balance. I have never worked in a company where women are so under-represented, openly undervalued and not given equal opportunities. You can report it to all levels of management but nothing is going to change.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on one product and deliver the best you can to your one client. Bring in a whole new leadership team that have actual product and technology experience and listen to them. Provide career development and work on retaining your skilled and talented employees that are keeping the company afloat.

    I applied online. I interviewed at Vibrent Health (Fairfax, VA (US)) in February 2019.


    Three interviewers showed up and later one more got added.
    I had about a 15 minutes phone screening prior to the face 2 face. The interviewer was more than 10 minutes late.

    I could not agree with other reviewers. The interviewers seemed to be in a fight with me. They would not stop questioning me until they can prove me wrong. They have their own "personal" opinion of right and wrong for most of the questions. I gave the solution of a problem on the whiteboard, but they kept asking what is the easiest way and keep dragging. One of the interviewers even did not make any eye contact. They chattered themselves if the question I was given is right or wrong while I was triying to solve the problem (WTH..). Interviewers will come and go and inject themselves with some question in weird fashioned in the middle of the interview.
    It was a true awkward and weird experiece for me in person. Do not recomand anybody.
