Pros
The company has a great core product and is expanding into new areas post acquisition. The environment is collaborative and colleagues are friendly and supportive. It’s a very positive work environment.
Cons
As with any acquisition, there are some teething problems to work through - migrating online systems, managing different ways of working, etc.. which are sometimes frustrating and slow things down.

Partnership Development Manager Interview
Anonymous Employee in London, EnglandAccepted OfferPositive ExperienceDifficult InterviewApplicationI applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Virtual College (London, England) in Sept 2020
Interview
Stage 1: Telephone interview with the Head of BD and Partnerships. Very relaxed conversation which felt more like a chat than an interview. Their were some interview questions but all relevant and led to further discussion.
Stage 2: 15 mins presentation and 45 Min interview to Director of Sales and Head of BD. Presentation was about how I would approach building and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders, which was challenging as I wanted to impress but the feedback I recieved was positive. The interview was tougher than the previous one as the questions were designed to dig deeper into my experience, but again became more or a conversation and both interviewers made me feel comfortable straight away which allowed me to relax and be myself.
Stage 3: 30 min interview with MD and CLO. Very informal with some clarifying but felt like they were checking for company fit rather than my experience or background.InterviewTell us a about your CV and experience.
