I could not work with a nicer group of people! There is a friendly and supportive culture with colleagues who are always willing to lend a hand.
My manager has a good understanding of my strengths and weaknesses and encourages me to focus on activities that play to my strengths.
The fruit baskets, bacon sandwich runs, tuck shop and the odd early finish all great too.
I work very reasonable hours – frequently finishing at 4.30pm.
As with any company looking to grow there has been and will continue to be change, this can be unsettling but I appreciate this is to ensure the company remains sustainable for the future.
Advice to Management
Continue to communicate with staff and never book another event at the large hotel that shall remain nameless!

After telephone interview had a face to face interview followed by a second face to face with manager and Director interview. Had to do a presentation at 2nd interview.
