I have been working at Vista Sand full-time

Wages, family oriented, caring employees, GREAT incentives and benefits. Never have I worked somewhere that was as more employee focused.

Not to many cons, really fast paced due to expansion. Sink or swim, not really a bad thing but it can be frustrating at times.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work and growth.

    Average Interview

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Vista Sand.

HR found me on indeed, asked if I wanted to apply. After two phones screens I was asked to come in for an interview. On my first interview the manager was an hour late. The interview went well and I felt good afterwards. I got called for a second interview to meet with the IT director.
I arrive for my second interview and the hiring manager is out of town. Said he had called me to reschedule but accidentally called the wrong number. Two days later when I call back for the rescheduled interview, I'm now being told that they are not doing second round interviews yet. Needless to say I never heard back from this company.
