Pros
Hybrid working policy is great - allows for a good blend of WFH and working in a HQ. Perks and benefits are amazing - good A/L entitlement / pension contributions / PAT leave. My team is great, challenging each other daily and great leadership within the Talent Acquisition function. Good level of personal development / goal mapping throughout the year with challenging but fair goals set in place.
