Great comission when you hit targets and great incentives, it's good to see a company setting achievable targets for staff
You can lost money as easy as you can make it due to the detractors in the comission scheme as if you miss a target you would lose what you would have gained

Focus more on the staff to keep them engaged

Filled out an online application and was fast tracked to a video interview. This took around 15-20 mins. I didn't like the idea of a recorded video interview, its feels unreal and also my questions felt repetitive. This was followed by 25 sequence questions. Normally I am good at sequences but I found this too long and some looked random to me. Also I don't think the answers were submitted, technical error. Unfortunately, there were lot more technical errors along the way for me.
