As global leader in the provision of unified communications API's, Contact center as a Service and integrated business communications, we are uniquely placed to support our employees and customers through the current situation. We have all 2400 employees working remotely from home until it is safe to return and also when they are comfortable doing so. In the meantime we have put in a wide range of support measures from weekly Executive Management team all-hands updates and Q&A to global access to employee support programme and grants and to many staff for home working equipment.
