OUR AIM AND OBJECTIVES
The overarching aim of our service provision is to provide high quality responsive and flexible support, care and/or treatment programmes that are designed to meet the assessed needs and personal aspirations of individuals’, regardless of the environment this is delivered in.
Our objective is to achieve positive outcomes by applying the least restrictive approach whilst maintaining and/or improving the individuals’ current abilities, and protecting their rights as ordinary citizens.
We have our own internal quality and compliance tools that enable managers/operations managers and quality and compliance managers to audit the services by using the same tools to ensure quality is at the forefront of the service delivery.
Managers monitor the quality of the service provided by undertaking planned local auditing every business quarter in order to identify a quality score and generate an action plan for any identified requirements. All quarterly audits are then verified by the responsible Operations Manager. All services are audited annually by a Quality and Compliance Manager, who also provides advice and guidance to all services through the Quality and Compliance Duty Desk which is available during office hours.
Additional audits are conducted by our property and health and safety departments and operational teams. Operations managers visit all of the services they are responsible for regularly and are happy to discuss any issues or concerns that people who live at the service or staff may have.
Our annual service review process gives the people we support, their families and our staff a formal opportunity to offer their views on the service.

We have a full procedure for complaints as well as a whistleblowing policy entitled 'See Something, Say Something'. This has been communicated to all staff to ensure they are aware of what to do if they have concerns about anything that happens in any of our services.

I have been working at Voyage Care full-time (More than a year)
I would highly recommend working for Voyage Care, having worked for the company for a year as of Jan 2017, I can honestly say accepting my position with Voyage was the best decision I have made in my career.
The Senior Management team are supportive, listen to your opinions, and treat staff members with dignity and respect, and have time to say a 'thank you' when warranted which means you feel valued as part of the team.
The company also offers numerous bonus schemes to employees, along with opportunities for career development. There is a real sense of working together as a team heading in the same direction, in all roles I have encountered within Voyage Care, communications within the company are circulated well so that all teams are kept up to date with what is happening within the company.
Voyage Care offers a wide range of facilities and activities for the people we support, meaning that you can go home with a sense of achievement from seeing someone smile from having a fun filled day.
