I worked at Voyage Care full-time (Less than a year)
I loved working at Voyage Care! It's a great company to work for, they have a real desire to support their staff, helping them to progress and develop. Good work is always recognised and acknowledged, and everyone is very approachable and friendly - creating an enjoyable place to work!
There are no cons that I can think of.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Voyage Care in November 2017.
The lady who did my interview was so kind and she asked some gd questions and she helped me understand the job role what I will be undertaking when I work there .
This week is Brain Injury Awareness Week and John, one of the people we support, tells us his story...
After joining the army in 2009, John was deployed to Afghanistan to serve his country. John was relieving a fellow soldier who had been on duty on a compound roof when his life changed forever.
“I was literally on the roof for no more than 10 seconds when I was shot through my head and right eye,” explained John, a father-of-two.
After years of rehabilitation at one of our brain injury rehab services in Nuneaton, John has finally been able to take the big step and move into his own flat!
