Pros

Wonderful supportive culture that is committed to doing the right thing.
You work hard but you get a tremendous kick out of the work you do and the clients that you work with.

Cons

Probably the maternity policy. Seems a bit antiquated to be offering statutory pay and still expect to attract great talent.

    Interview

I interviewed for an internship position at WPP Shanghai. I got a phone interview and it only took five minutes. The questions were basic and simple. I thought I didn't pass the interview because the time was so short. However, I received a call one day after the interview and HR told me that I passed the interview.
