I worked at Wacom full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Creative and flexible with a broad product portfolio that spans a hugely diverse range of verticals. Very strong global team and some fantastic people work here.

    Cons

Too European focused and not enough specific country dynamics included in overall strategy.
Can be quite a niche product (main product group) and needs a lot of effort to shift a little in terms of growth

    Advice to Management

You would earn better revenues without overly hitting your margin if you supported a more aggressive approach to market, especially in UK

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Wacom (Vancouver, WA (US)) in August 2015.

    Interview

I was referred by a recruiter and then had an initial phone screen with the hiring manager. The next step was an onsite interview with two different groups that lasted about 2 hours. The first hour was spent with two managers and the second hour was spent with two business analysts that were part of the hiring manager's group.

    Interview Questions

    • There were some questions on how to learn new technologies and how to train others as well as best practices for documentation.   Answer Question
