I have been working at Washington Frank International full-time (Less than a year)
I have been with WFI for approx. 7 months and have seen first hand what the transition is like from a non recruiting job to this. Management are encouraging and everybody wants each other to do well. Great atmosphere and rewards if you keep grinding and stay ahead of your competition.
Long working days but in order to dominate your market and competition it has to be done. If you're looking for a 9-5 then this is not for you. We work hard for a reason
Advice to Management
So far I have none
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Washington Frank International (London, England) in July 2016.
I Had to submit a CV. Then I had a phone interview, upon passing this I had a written task. Few days afterwards I had a face to face interview. The interview was mostly about my motivations on why I wanted to be a recruitment consultant. The questioning was very rigorous but it was all over in 15 mins.
