I have been working at Waterman Aspen full-time

    Pros

Very supportive company to work for. Ensured that any concerns I had were met and have aided me through my university as well as my secondment. The experience I am getting on my secondment is unmatchable. I also have a mentor to guide me through getting to my chartership stages.

    Cons

Being an apprentice on secondment can be stressful however WA have offered support when a workload is not managaeble.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Waterman Aspen (Birmingham, England) in April 2019.

    Interview

I applied towards the end of my degree. I received an email with a weeks notice for interview. I didn't have to wait long to be interviewed on the day.
It lasted approx 30 mins and felt pretty standard in terms of the kind of questions which were asked.
