    Pros

Hard to think of one. If you like being micromanaged and demeaned, come here.

    Cons

Old school leadership. Micromanagement. Cowardice. No new ideas, any process developed beyond 1990 is shunned and stopped. No room for growth. Original thought discouraged. Dying industry. No new products. Waters unwilling to expand portfolio. Nepotism. Waters has slowly been taking away perks . No support. Leadership makes demands and cannot demonstrate what they want. Terrible morale. Aging leadership just holding on, not willing to change and jeopardize jobs before retirement.

    Advice to Management

Waters needs to lose this company. The leadership needs to resign. All of them. Operations, Sales, Technical, all ancient and poor.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Waters ERA.

    Interview

The interview process was decent lacking slightly in communications. After the first phone interviewer I was told they would be calling to schedule a second interview which took 2 weeks. The company and people all seemed very friendly
Customer service from what I heard is understaffed for the work needed to be done.
