The management of this company really know how to foster the best possible work environment, extremely supportive and really push you in the best possible way. They encourage rather than cracking the whip. I really can't fault anything about this company in terms of how it is run or their products for that matter. The hours are sociable and they really have a brilliant way of getting the best out of everyone. Had a great time there and sad to leave.
As a company I have no complaints whatsoever as to how they treat employees!

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Web.com (Stockton-on-Tees, England) in February 2017.
The interviewers are great and put you at ease. When I attended I was given an opportunity to 'buddy up' with current telesales executives (this may not happen for you). I was then invited into a room. The questions are mostly relaxed with some competency based questions. I was then asked to give a 'role play' of selling something over the phone to the interviewer - Don't be discouraged - Just know your product and don't accept defeat at first instance! :) Best advice I can give.
