I have been working at Webcredible full-time (More than a year)
This morning I received an email from our CEO to congratulate me on my 1st Webcredible birthday!! So it seems like the perfect time to reflect on the past year here.. and I honestly couldn't be happier in my new home from home (seriously, slippers and cosy blankets are often spotted around here!)
I feel so fortunate to work with an array of incredibly talented people & to have the opportunity to learn from them every day. It’s also an amazing place to try new things, take risks and see your hard work come to fruition, with the support of the whole team behind you.
Our Leadership Team are unbelievably supportive and trusting, and have created an amazing culture, which truly is at the heart of everything we do here.
A year later and I really couldn’t be happier. This is unlike any place I have ever worked, and I strongly suspect that anywhere else would struggle to compete.
If you brought back Monday morning massages, it really would be the cherry on top of a pretty awesome cake :)
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you're doing, you've got an amazing culture and amazing staff who love Webcredible Life!.. Here's to the next year!
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Webcredible (London, England) in June 2016.
The interview was structured as a Design Jam between 8 candidates. We've been given a realistic brief (creation of new digital experience for the Tate Modern). Candidates has been divided in two groups. The first part of the Jam consisted of brainstorming and initial idea generation; then, we moved to the Tate Modern to perform some guerrilla research; using this material, we've been working individually to create and propose possible solution, which had to be made of: scenario analysis, target creation, concept board, product task scenario and mockups of the product. Eventually, we individually presented our work and discussed it with Webcredible team.
