The actual staff are the only good thing about this place.
Directors have no idea what they are doing, they have ruined this company and its such a shame for the staff. Micro-management, glass ceilings, unrealistic timescales for work, job role often not defined so much confusion, sexism - you name it its all here conveniently under one roof.
Advice to Management
Stop being arrogant and start listening to your staff. Or maybe just start again.
