    I worked at Wesleyan full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Lots of good people across the business. Progressive staff initiatives including football and table tennis tournaments, team meals and charity samosa sales.

    Cons

    Still people coasting who get too comfortable to ever move on and are not challenged. People trying to make change can get singled out some don’t speak up.

    Advice to Management

    Keep going. It’s the best place I have ever worked but listen to those who do the work and want to make change happen.

    Complicated, many competency based questions but doesn't put you in a place to highlight your own view on why you are good for the job. Very difficult to prepare for. Small interview rooms made you feel really enclosed.
