    Pros

Everybody at Wesleyan is very welcoming and supportive, there are also a lot of opportunities for development, especially for someone who is early in their career.

    Cons

Some facilities are a little outdated, but they are currently in the process of being renovated.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wesleyan (Birmingham, England) in June 2013.

    Interview

Complicated, many competency based questions but doesn't put you in a place to highlight your own view on why you are good for the job. Very difficult to prepare for. Small interview rooms made you feel really enclosed.
