    Pros

You'll hear many people say the best thing about working at Wesleyan is the people, and it's true. The atmosphere at Head Office (Birmingham) is welcoming, friendly and collaborative.

We're right in the heart of B'Ham City, so it's a great location for commuters and the social element too.

There's been a lot of change over the last few years at Wesleyan, some not so great, however I'm more confident than ever that the future here is exciting and there seems to be a big shift in listening to employees and getting things done.

    Cons

Change has been slow and not necessarily landed correctly which has caused disruption previously, however we're getting there! With a new leadership team and strategy I'm confident that this 'con' will be rectified very soon!

    Advice to Management

Keep listening to your people and we'll keep getting better.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wesleyan (Birmingham, England) in June 2013.

    Interview

Complicated, many competency based questions but doesn't put you in a place to highlight your own view on why you are good for the job. Very difficult to prepare for. Small interview rooms made you feel really enclosed.
