Wesleyan's Head Office is based in the heart of Birmingham and sees more than 800 members of staff working across a variety of departments and business units.
Our Sales Relationship Centre staff work from head office, alongside departments including HR, Marketing, IT, Corporate Planning, Risk and Compliance. Colleagues from Wesleyan Bank and Wesleyan Financial Services are also based here.

Our award-winning Field Team consists of 300+ Financial Consultants that provide specialist advice and solutions to GPs, Hospital Doctors, Lawyers and Teachers across the UK.
We focus on what's right for our clients and are committed to offering the best service and financial solutions possible - which is why we provide intensive training and ongoing support to all our Financial Consultants.

We're always looking for ambitious, determined and enthusiastic individuals to be a part of our award winning Apprenticeship Scheme.
Since the programme began in 2010, more than 60 young professionals have joined us working in departments across the business, including Marketing, IT, Finance, HR and many more!
Our scheme provides all apprentices with full support and training through on the job learning, working with our Learning and Development team and coaching from their manager. Each apprentice also has a mentor who will provide guidance and support throughout the 18 month scheme, before they graduate and many go on to secure a permanent position at Wesleyan.
Wesleyan's CEO Dr Craig Errington said,

Pretty slick setting up interviews and onboarding, with good communications and a friendly recruiter. Submitted CV online, initial interview covered hygiene factors, second interview included a presentation. Friendly interviewers. Gave positive impression.
