    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Westinghouse (Preston, North West England, England) in June 2016.

    Interview

LinkedIn approach from recruiter and following phone screen. After the initial conversation on LinkedIn I had to chase to see what the next stages were. It felt like the recruiter didn't fully understand the role or me as a candidate - the role was not suitable for me and more time was spent selling the company than discussing the recruitment process. Still haven't heard back...felt very fractured and not a company that know what they're doing.
