I worked at Whole Foods Market full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I worked for two years as admin at Whole Foods in Fulham, London. Being a former store receiver, I was able to understand all about the products we were selling and I have to say lucky enough to have received a training.

    Cons

The company depends on the US regulations and right now that has been bought by Amazon things seem to have changed a lot especially in the UK. Some stores have been affected.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Whole Foods Market (London, England).

    Interview

Depends on ur luck (not sure why sometimes it is one way and sometime different) few people in the panel. Usually your manager, assistant, and couple of team members... You are asked questions in regards to your past experiences and changes you want to bring into the role. It also looks different if you are existing team member or external candidate.

    Interview Questions

    • What would I change in the current role to make it better.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

Don't negotiate, as they don't really care too much and don't want to spend money
