    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wilko (Carlisle, England) in October 2014.

    Interview

Applied through a university student fair, heard back within a week an was invited to a group interview. The interview involved an icebreaker - introducing yourself with 2 truths and 1 lie, the group had to decide which fact was the lie. Then we were given different activities in the group e.g.a puzzle, quiz sheet with riddles. This was to see how you interacted with other people in a team setting. The interview stage took roughly an hour and the mangers were friendly/welcoming.
Got a phone call saying i got the job about a week later.

    Negotiation

no negotiation had a normal rate of pay.
