Interview
HR contacted me for an examination invitation. After passing the exam, HR contacted me again and had a short phone interview. Then I was scheduled for a technical interview (panel). After the panel interview, I was endorsed to the Regional QA Leader (this is where negotiation happened). After a couple of days, I received the job offer.
