I have been working at Wilmington plc full-time

I have been working for Wilmington for over 6 month now and I can easily say it is one of the best company I have ever worked for.
Just before joining I was working for Google and for me was a jump in the dark but I can say now that I couldn't take a better decision.
Google is considered by many one of the best enterprise in the world but I can tell you, here in Wilmington there is not much difference:
The working culture, the community and the "healthy" environment allow every professional to give his best on a daily basis.
The company is very much projected to the future with a very solid vision called "V2020" where all products will transformed to give all clients a more customized experience.
Even if the company is very big, with offices in 8 different country, you can feel you are working with family and friends cause Wilmington is made by a group of extraordinary people.
I can say ultimately that I couldn't take a better decision when I choose to join Wilmington and I very much hope that my experience could help other people in there decision.

The budget is currently a bit restricted but just because the company decide to make big investments looking towards the future:
A brand new exciting office in the heart of London, a brand new media studio and an enormous investment in technology.
