I have been working at Wilmington plc full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Wilmington is a great company to work for that really recognizes employees that work hard. There's progression and opportunities throughout the business. There's also lots of scope to contribute your own ideas and solutions to improve the businesses products or services- with management being very open to ideas and conversations. There's very little hierarchy and the new open plan offices mean that conversations with other businesses and colleagues are much easier.

There's always lots going on at Wilmington - it's very progressive with new projects and improvements - which means that workload is varied and interesting!

The key to Wilmington's success is really it's people, there's a friendly culture and a willingness to help and support each other.

    Cons

Very few. It's a fast paced environment which can be very busy which some people may struggle to keep up with. The benefits could be improved too - perhaps to include a gym.

    Advice to Management

Continue to help colleagues work together and share learnings.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Wilmington plc (London, England) in October 2014.

    Interview

Interviewers try to appear cool and welcoming. Depending on the role, they will test your skills. They will ask questions, but it is nothing out of oridinary - about you previous roles, your skills etc. I was asked also if I had many friends, which I found weird.
