I have been working at Wilmington plc full-time (More than a year)
Wilmington is smaller than most of the corporate machines I’ve worked for so each person can make a difference
Real change is happening - the new offices are surprisingly good
I’m meeting and starting to work with good people in different but related areas across the business
Management is improving
Resources are tight
Technology is straining to keep up with the changes
Still too UK focussed. Our markets are global
Advice to Management
The vision for 2020 is exciting. Make sure you keep the focus on it despite the short term pressures.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Wilmington plc (London, England) in June 2017.
Very relaxed, just explored CV and asked for some examples. We looked at my key skills and showed some previous work. I was interviewed by the Sales and Marketing Director and then my two members of the team. They were very friendly and welcoming.
What's it really like to work at Wilmington? We asked Charlotte-based Beth Talley about her experience of working for the company.
Wilmington's London colleagues move to brilliant new head office in Aldgate.
