Pros
Wiser really does live up to the promises it makes - to combine culture, performance and change the way people think about work. I was pretty sceptical of the bold visions at first but in nearly two years, I’ve need nearly all of these goals achieved. The people here are smart (really smart) but they’re also kind, real and fun to work with. That’s pretty unique.
Cons
As with any fast growing company, you need to lean into the pace of change.

Interview
The initial interviews were good in terms of communication and response but then abruptly stopped with no explanations. Many extra steps were initially not mentioned as part of the process and added in after.InterviewThe questions are very much tailored towards how hard you’re willing to work and that they have a “work hard play hard” culture. I was asked about how I feel about working long hours and how I cope with stress. It was very clear that this does come with rewards though.
