ProsFantastic commission structure
ConsIt can be hard work but the rewards are there. It takes a bit of time to get off the ground in the role & as a high performer in previous roles, and now in this one, a month of not selling
Advice to ManagementKeep up the supportive atmosphere!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Yell (Australia)
InterviewInterview was a mixture of informal and formal processes. There was a lot of emphasis on finding the right person. Extra effort was made, I feel, to talk about the role and its place within the organisation and the potential the role had the offer. Meeting the people I would be working closely with helped me understand what would be expected and the challenges inherent in the role. All in all very good and well structured.
