YOOBIC was founded by 3 brothers, Fabrice, Avi and Gilles Haïat. They have been working together for more than 15 years. Before YOOBIC, the brothers co-founded Vizelia, a pioneering energy monitoring solution that they sold to Schneider Electric in 2011.

    Pros

    - great product
    - very nice, young & talented team
    - multicultural environment
    - fast growing with great career opportunities
    - recently moved new offices in Hammersmith just a few min walk from the station

    Cons

    - fast growing means not very structured sometimes but it’s improving

    I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Yoobic (London, England) in November 2018.

    Interview

    To sum up, relieved to not have joined Yoobic. Seemed a very good company and opportunity to be part of the company throughout the interview process..then came the final stage meeting with the CEO. Quite possibly one of the most unpleasant meetings I've ever had! Appreciate he's the CEO and very busy but came across extremely rude and so direct it was offensive. At one point he asked me to pause whilst answering a question he asked me, to check his phone. I'd already decided I couldn't work for the company before the meeting had finished. The highlight had to be; when asked what questions I had, I began asking and before I could finish my sentence, he then began to answer with a question. Company seems to be doing well but delighted to not be part of it...and that's simply down to meeting with the CEO.
