Interview
The process was lengthy and very surface level. It was difficult to feel as if you weren’t just another person in line. Very impersonal process. Overall it was a great learning experience and I’m grateful to have not been selected for the position because it ultimately wouldn’t have been a great fit.InterviewSTAR questions and Smart goals were the previous model. This can be great but also leaves so much grey area for candidates to fabricate on the go.
