Pros
- market opportunity is massive
- product is market leading
- roadmap is completely aligned to customers evolving needs
- great new hires across the business to increase the level of focus
- company is well positioned to triple revenue over the next few years and own this market just like ServiceNow and salesforce
Cons
None - there is a lot of change but it’s all for the right reasons - just got to keep going and stay focused on the goal
