I have been working at cap hpi full-time (Less than a year)
Coming to cap hpi from a very large call centre I was not sure what to expect! The role so far has been very enjoyable, my manager is highly supportive and the team have been really helpful. I would highly recommend this company to others as it is such a nice environment to work in and everyone I have met so far, no matter what team they are in and what position they hold, have been inspiring, motivational and happy to assist. cap hpi really do care for and look after their employees.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at cap hpi (Leeds, England) in January 2016.
Formal but relaxed interview, nice open spaced office leaving me feeling relaxed and at ease, given time to answer questions. Interviewer ensuring at all times I was at ease. Even asked before start of interview if I would like a coffee/tea or water
