Diversity and Inclusion at dunnhumby

At dunnhumby, our diversity of thought gives us our competitive edge and brings diverse perspectives to further our mission and purpose.

We've come a long way since we began our diversity and inclusion (D&I) journey back in 2017, when we started with gender, expanding into delivering unconscious bias training and assessing our flexible working practices. This movement was driven by the passion and effort of colleagues to build momentum, and since then we’ve continued to expand this even further.

    Difficult Interview

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at dunnhumby (Welwyn, England) in Jul 2022

They invited me to interview and arranged an interview time, on the day the interviewer said she was having trouble logging in. I suggested we rearrange after 15/20 mins of waiting. I got no response. I then went back to the original email and booked another date for the interview.
The interviewer couldn't have been less interested if they tried. Still not received any response from the meeting.
Whatever they claim to be it certainly isn't a caring, responsible employer. If this is how they act before employing anyone, can you imagine what it's like working for them.
    Stay clear.

Tell me about yourself - seriously!
