Company Updates

  • Here at dunnhumby, we are proud of our Early Careers programmes, which provide annual opportunities to both graduates and undergraduates via our Internship and Future Leaders Graduate Programme. These programmes allow them our participants to experience the cutting-edge data science we use to generate brand new & fresh insights for the retail sector. We have openings each year within both our Technology & Science and Commercial teams and one of our current graduates, Navleen shares her experience of completing her Internship and explains why she was so excited about securing a place on our graduate programme and coming back to dunnhumby.

  • In Partnership with Women Returners and after a successful launch event, we are now delighted to open applications for our Returners Programme. This programme aims at re-introducing talented mid-to-senior level individuals back into the workplace after an extended break of two or more years. We have roles available in our Data Science and Software Engineering teams.

Green Team

Through our Green Team, our goal is to make a positive contribution to our workplace, community, environment and marketplace through collective and individual responsibility by providing educational resources and social connections for dunnhumby employees.

Some activities include:

  • Annual Plantation drive in India - we pledge to plant as many saplings as the number of employees in the Gurgaon office and this year, we planted 500 saplings
  • To reduce plastic waste we gave each of our employees reusable metal water bottles and made the change from plastic milk bottles to glass bottles

We are also building an exciting apprenticeship scheme which will create a sustainable pipeline of new talent for our business. This is a unique opportunity to offer jobs and training to digital natives who want to pursue a career in the Tech, Insight and Media space.

For Interns: Gain in-depth exposure to our work, adding value in projects over a three-month period. This is a great scheme to explore if dunnhumby is the place for you and to be considered for a place on one of our graduate programmes. The Summer Intern Programme is available in UK, US & India.

For Graduates: Our 18-month rotational programmes in Technology and Commercial are designed to give graduates breadth and depth of exposure across our business areas. The knowledge and experience that comes from this will set you up as future innovators and individuals who will be fast tracked into leadership roles within our key businesses. Some of the programmes we offer include: Graduate Development Programme (US) and Graduate Training Programme (UK & India).
