Advice to Management
Keep doing what you're doing!
I applied online. I interviewed at emarsys (London, England) in August 2017.
Very long, dragged out, unnecessary process. Whole process took over a month with a total of 6 interviews (including telephone and face to face) and including 2 x presentations during face to face stage. Each interview was always only ever with one person at a time, so no option for second opinions.
Was pretty much told by the recruiter I had the job then found out there were suddenly 2 other candidates. I was then told my final interview with the HR lady had been cancelled (this was on the day only a couple of hours before) and then the next day told I didn't have enough experience (which you think they would've decided from the start) and that they had decided to go with someone more senior.
During one of the interviews the guy swore a couple of times - very unprofessional
Have now seen the job advertised again on job sites
Complete waste of time for the length of time this was dragged out for and for the amount of interviews attended.
Advice - do not put yourself through the stress of this process!
