Pros
Great company. Gave me a lot of opportunities to expand as a marketer and develop some cool material that has led me.
Cons
Not a lot of face to face connection with the company. Would have liked to at least received some feedback rather than through the people in charge.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at hims & hers.
Interview
Recruiter reached out via email, followed by phone call. Call went well but didn't get to the interview stage as I received feedback that I was qualified. Waste of time and unclear why I was reached out to in the first place.
