    Pros

    When it comes to team-work this is undoubtedly the best company I have ever been to - everyone is so dedicated for the success of the company, and people are helping each other to achieve that.

    The company has a clear roadmap and vision about where to develop the product and innovate thanks to a team of talented developers.

    Company grows in each one of the markets it has a presence in.

    Senior management are happy to take feedback and open to suggestions from employees which is very good for company's culture.

    Cons

    Product development should take into account all markets, not just the market where the company have most customers.

    Some people in head office are reluctant to interact in English with their international colleagues.

    I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at iAdvize.

    Interview

    Screening skype call with HR , second skype call with Management . Very unprofessional as they never got back to me with an update. Chose to instead ignore calls, and emails. Very unprofessional treatment, appalling considering they are the face of the company to external talent . Complete lack of structure and professional manners.
