Pros
iCIMS is a great company with the best culture I have seen in any company. Everyone you work with has the same drive and passion and works collaboratively. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help no mater whether or not they know you. iCIMS believed in developing it' s employees and supports them in these transitions.
Cons
There are no bad points to this company I love it!

Interview
- Super prompt response to application submission, seeking to schedule a time for an initial telephone interview.
- Initial 30-45min phone interview with Talent Acquisition Specialist, with clearly defined next steps provided at end of call.
- Second stage 30min-1hr interviews with Hiring Managers and VP Sales.
- Direct dialogue and multiple, subsequent conversations/meetings with Hiring Manager.
- iCIMS Talent Acquisition Specialists highly responsive, informative and transparent throughout the recruitment process.
- F2F interview with Hiring Manager, in the company of (I understand somewhat uniquely) the CEO.
- Continued, ongoing communication with Hiring Manager and HR, through to offer.
- Overall, universal passion and enthusiasm for iCIMS exuded by all members of the business I spoke to.
I've been through recruitment cycles with other companies in the past - with organisations who have pitched themselves as experts in the field of recruitment - but iCIMS has offered me, by far, the most positive and enjoyable recruitment journey and interviewing experience.
