Interview
The initial phone screen went remarkably well. The recruiter went over the allotted time by an additional 30 minutes. They were super interested, engaged and full of energy. Shared my skill set was unique and hard to find. Closed by stating they wanted to get in front of senior leadership within the next 3 business days and schedule interviews. Then nothing. Complete silence. Never even responded to a follow-up message. Immensely disappointing that a company like iManage would ghost candidates like this.InterviewFamiliarity with iManage product offerings Legal experience on the transactional side

Company Updates

Pride month in the U.S. is dedicated to celebrating and supporting the LGBTQ+ community, reminding them that they belong and are valued. This June, our LGBTQ+ iMPact Community, iMProud, led the charge to create spaces for iManage's LGBTQ+ community and allies to connect, learn and celebrate with each other. Notably, iMProud also collaborated with iMBlack on a collaborative fundraising effort for Brave Space Alliance, an organization that provides programming, resources, and services for LGBTQ+ people on the South and West sides of Chicago. Closing out June, and reaching their fundraising goal, the iMPact Communities of iManage are continuing to contribute towards the diverse, inclusive and equitable initiatives that are upheld here at iManage. We value all of the unique differences that make iManage stand out and we encourage all of our employees to stay curious, and continue to learn and understand how diverse backgrounds bring innovation.

Juneteenth holds immense historical significance and represents freedom, unity, and the ongoing struggle for equality. To honor this momentous occasion, our iMBlack iMPact Community organized a lunch and learn that included a Family Feud-Style game to educate our employees on the historical significance and its relevance in today’s society. At iManage, we are committed to diversity, equality, and inclusivity and we encourage our employees to engage in activities that will continue to strengthen our collective understanding, foster empathy, and contribute to building a more inclusive and equitable future.
